Here are JESI's user roles in a nutshell - there are 4.
Role #1 - Traveller
Is an employee that requires a check-in process to ensure their safety whilst mobile or in an isolated environment. Travellers only have access to their own information.
Role #2 - Monitor
Is a trusted employee who has the ability to perform activities on behalf of another traveller who is on their team. They can be an escalation contact, create journeys and check travellers in.
Role #3 - Manager
Is an individual within the organisation who has the permission to add new users, create journeys, check-in on someone else’s behalf and has full visibility over the teams they are responsible for.
Role #4 - Administrator
Is a manager within the organisation who has ‘all access’ privileges to JESI.
