Only Administrators can create user accounts.
Click on users - new user.
Enter employee details - ensure spelling is accurate.
Here is some additional information to help you select the appropriate role.
Send the new user a confirmation SMS (bottom of page) - check the box.
The user will receive a confirmation SMS - they will need to reply to this SMS to activate their profile. This is how a user can get started.
