Click on the JESI icon on your smartphone.
If JESI automatically logs you in, simply tap the three lines to activate the navigation menu, click on 'sign out' (bottom of navigation menu).
Click on ‘Forgot’.
Enter email address and click ‘Reset’.
A ‘Reset Password Code’ SMS will be sent to your mobile.
Click the link to reset your password.
Enter your ‘Email Address’, ‘Reset Code From SMS’, and new ’Password’ - Continue.
You will now be able to Log into JESI.
